It's been reported that he is having a great camp. He's quicker and showing growth regarding pass rush moves.

What has hurt him is the team treating him as a play any position player. He's a DE and not a DT. I've said that for a couple years now. Now it looks like he's getting a shot to focus and get his body ready for a full time DE role. Expect to see a much improved player this year.

Wanted to say you sport one awesome avatar, faith!
I got that same photograph in 8x10 hanging in my bathroom,,,

I get Alex's point about Crawford being hurt the last two years... But rotator cuff injuries are what they are– they make you a "one-armed" individual. To give Crawford credit he played a lot of snaps with the problem.
I know and I copy, but man! all this negativity, and muck and mire coming from my fellow members whom I actually admire just bums me the **** out.

He's not a JAG. A JAG is somebody you can replace off the street. Fans say a guy is JAG when they want to sound tough or to generally denigrate a talent they feel has underperformed.

Crawford would upgrade any DL rotation in the league.

Irving's not a JAG either.

I agree, though, that it stinks that t
Nick Hayden = JAG. TC = above average DL.

It might happen but I won't be expecting it. I'll be shocked if he is anything more than the slightly above average player he always has been.

They get this way quickly. I've come to expect it concerning injuries even though I don't like it.

Barring injury, I think that there are going to be quite a few fans jumping on the Maliek Collins bandwagon. I think that he's one of this team's best-bets for a newcomer to make the Pro Bowl this season.

Better late than never for some fans I guess?
Collins is a physical beast and will have a break out year barring injury. The dude gives our Oline problems in practice and has shown enough in his rookie season that we should be optimistic. The guy will be a wrecking crew this season. Mark my words.

These kinds of players are always doing good this time of year. Then the games start and they disappear.

There's a reason why the defense has sucked for years and it's not because of having quality players.

It's funny they only make a big deal of it when bad players have good camps. Meanwhile guys like Dez are out here smashing DB's and you don't hear a peep. IMO If a guy is "having a great camp", it probably means the guy isn't very good and people are surprised because they're not their normal horrible self when the GOOD players are going about 75%.
