T-Mobile users MUST read!

This weekend (friday and saturday only) T-Mobile is giving away every T-Mobile phone for free with new contract.

So if you have a p.o.s phone and want to grab the Tmobile G2, or one of the many Android smart phones this is the weekend to extend your contract and get a great phone.

I would imagine this applies to only those who have come out of contract and are on mo/mo atm. Is TMOBILE doing what ATT did w/ the iPhone and allowing those within 6 mo of contracts ending the ability to go ahead and re-up and get access to this promotion?

I went in a store today and that is what I was told. That you could get it even if you have a current contract, but you would have to get a 2 year contract and that every phone they offer is available free.

They said a few will have mail in rebates, the rest will be instant rebates.

I have my heart set on the G2. I have the G1 and loved it, time to move on to a new phone though.

Im sure its for anyone ready to sign a 2 yr contract w/ Tmobile. That is at least how I understood it.

I love the G1. By far my favorite phone I've ever had.

My brother has the G2 and I'm jealous.

I debated getting the HTC h2 and a few others, like the Dell phone.

Nice find. I'm on a mo/mo with T-mobile right now with the Mytouch 3G.

I might upgrade to the Mytouch G4, I like it better than the G2.

They are. You can buy the Nexus S at Best Buy. I don't think it is specific to carrier anymore though the Best Buy one is TMOBILE so I dunno.

I told me wife, but she wants to wait for the new Sidekick that is coming out. It's the same form factor as the old Sidekicks, except they are going to put Android on it instead of that old crappy OS that it used to use. (it's the form factor that she likes so much)

This isn't about Apple troll. It's about carriers. A large mass of AT&T users are about to change carriers, T-Mobile wants to steal of few of them.

I'm guessing if T-Moble had the iPhone you would get that free too. I mean, it's not like the iPhone cost much if any more to make than some of the Android phones. I'm willing to bet, there are Android phones that cost more to make than the iPhone4. Especially since they (Apple) lowered the quality level of the parts.
