T-New Stats???

does anyone possibly have stats on Newman that show how many times QB's have attempted to throw at his reciever and how many completions they have made???

Newman has been thrown at 39 times and has allowed 19 completions for 220 yards and no touchdowns. He has one interception on a pass thrown at him, tipped a pass to Dat Nguyen for another interception and has another interception on a pass tipped by Bradie James.

Henry has been thrown at 60 times and has allowed 28 completions for 449 yards and three touchdowns. He has three interceptions on passes thrown at him and tipped another to Roy Williams for an interception.

Glenn has been thrown at 27 times and has allowed eight completions for 200 yards and two touchdowns. He has two interceptions on passes thrown at him.

Of the past 12 passes thrown at Glenn, he has allowed one completion for 6 yards and has an interception. Unfortunately, he also has a 22-yard interference penalty that might have cost us the Seattle game.

A lot has been made of Glenn's PI against Seattle, but I think it's a little unfair to say he might of cost the Cowboys that game because of his 22 yd. interference penalty. On the same play Henry got a 15-yd facemask penalty (that was declined) so I don't think the 7 yd. difference would have prevented Seattle from scoring the tying TD on that drive. They moved the ball with ease on that drive. Henry also gave up two fairly long catches on that drive as well. Not that I am criticizing Henry too much because he has been a great addition and has been critical to this team's success.

I think stats like this shows exactly how many games that most of the pundits watch. Several are saying Henry is the best defensive player we have, which I find hard to believe when hes not our best CB.

Let's not forget that Glenn is also covering the 3rd reciever the majority of the time...But it is a very good stat.

I was surprised that TNew gave up that many completions. It never seems like anyone is catching balls on him.
