I do. I thought it was absolutely dispicable. He completely premeditated that celebration knowing it was going to cost the team 15 yards in field position. It was one of the most blatant examples of an individual player putting his own agenda over that of his football team I have ever seen.

wow

someone who gets it.

the 'drop' is part of the game.

the self over team is not.

FOX post-game just showed TO going off on Bill on the sidelines. I hope that display doesn't make the replay circuit.

I'm with Jimmy Johnson on Owens - his very presence on this team takes away 'focus'.

Good as he is, ROMO can get the ball to everyone. I'd rather see Patrick, Jason and Terry, and screw TO...that taunting penalty did it for me more than the drop...it proved he's not considering the team, his little endzone routine is much more important to him that 15 yards in a tight divisional ballgame.

I never wanted them to pick him up in the 1st place, and I have not seen anything yet to make me change my mind.

Sorry, but all balls come out like that.

They have to start from a low point initially. Duh?

It wasn't Vanderjagt's fault. He just didn't get any blocking.

As for TO, I know this is going to sound like hearsey to some, but I really don't see where he's helped us out all that much. Oh, he's made a contribution and helped draw coverage away so Witten can get back in the passing game.

But correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't Witten involved in the passing game when we had Vinny Testeverde and Keyshawn?

He really hasn't done anything, IMO, to singularly help us win a game. Contributor? Yes. Worth the $25 million investment? No.
I am in total agreement with you on this one Tyke. I know the guy is a great talent, and he helps the team, but I don't think he has added all that much to the offense.

6 TDs may not be much

and Julius Jones not having to face 8 men in the box constantly, which so happens that we have an improved rushing attack

but I think it's a start

btw, not excusing the dropped passes, esp. the TD today, but to excuse TO's impact is foolish

Maybe someone on this forum can help me understand how a kicker is supposed to make a field goal when the defenders comes through the line virtually unblocked.

When a kick is blocked at the line of scrimmage, that is because the kicker did not get enough height on the kick. Not when the defense storms straight through the line.

T.O. does not have the most drops in the NFL. Jimmy needs to stop spreading fault information. T.O. should have caught that ball, but he did not cause this loss. In fact, he had some important catches and because he was being covered Crayton and Witten were able to get open and make some major catches.

T.O. is consistently at the top when it comes to dropped passes. Go ahead and keep defending the defenseless.

The Cowboys had many problems today, but the biggest was TO dropping a TD pass that would have put us up 14 points. I've never seen a more selffish and immature person than TO. I know Mike V. doesn't have the strongest leg anymore and penalties would not help anything. It could have been a disaster if the Commanders took advantage of TO's stupid mistake. It's all about TO and not the team. Jerry Jones need to take steps now before he cost the team a game.

I'm still impressed by Romo, not because he finds TO, but because he spreads the ball around. l I have never seen Patrick Crayton this involved in the offense. Romo probably should have been the starter the entire season.

But Terrell gets to watch himself on ESPN tonight....
