T.O. is pretty cool he used to do a radio show from the sports bar I managed out in jersey when he played for the eagles. I remember him saying once that McNabb was a WR at heart. He used to say that McNabb was happy as long as his Passer rating was up and that thats why they got along so well. I remember him saying that McNabb was unlike any other QB he had ever played for because when the D was on the field he was off laughing and joking around where as the other QB's would be on the side line waiting for another shot. I used to think that McNabb was just playfull and what not but a few weeks ago I saw an interview with Runyan where he said that what happened with T.O. was not all T.O.'s fault he said he was in the huddle when TO told him he was wide open and McNabb told him it was his huddle and to shut the **** up. He said that McNabb is the kinda QB that loves the spotlight. and that when TO started getting the light things got ugly, he said he wonders how McNabb is taking Westbrooks rise in the media. He said alot of guys in the locker room still talk about the T.O. thing and alot feel the eagles would have been better off to keep TO. when he was asked if players feel the eagles should have taken Owens over McNabb Runyan quickly back tracked and said I don't know what they are thinking or feeling I just know some guys still wonder if we would be better off with Owens on the team. Now I don't know if this is true or if Runyan is just pissed at McFlabb for some reason but it sounds to me like the philidelphia eagles are falling apart at the seams. B-Dawk has stated that he wants to be on a winning team and get himself a ring before he retires and he doesn't see that happening in philly anytime soon. McNabb is not the QB he once was. Ried gone mental over the stuff with his kids. I just think this team has alot of problems. But the point of this post was that TO got alot of grief over the philly thing but I think that alot of the problem was McNabb. I think that he may be alot of the problem now as well.

In the end we have learned that the organizations treatment of McNabb has undermined the entire operation. TO called them on it, all-be-it in a counterproductive manner that he gets bashed for and rightfully so. But McNabb is just not the leader he was made out to be and his actions and Reed's actions caused fractures that we can plainly see today and it's quite obvious to me they have lost their way under McNabb and Reid. QB is their #1 need next April and Andy needs to go hame and do what he can for his family.

Paragraphs are your friend.

I'm sorry, that's simply not true... oh sure, they're there for you when they need you, but do they ever invite you over to their house for dinner??

Yeah well I am not writing a book right now so I don't need them. Unless I start getting paid to write on here then you will not get anything proper from me. :)

Typically on a weekly basis, but they serve the same thing over and over again. :D

Brian Dawkins is welcome in Dallas.

He's a great player but is getting past his prime in addition to being injury prone. He would be a bad pick-up in my opinion.

Only if you have a time machine and can get the Dawkins from the 2001 season. He has only played in two games this year and has lost (more than one) step. I wouldn't be surprised if he retires after this year.
