He doesn't need to be prolific.

He would make that team stronger at WR and I don't really care to see the Commanders improve, even if a little.

Terrell Owens-WR- Bills Apr. 6 - 10:01 am et

According to Chris Russell of 106.7 The Fan in Washington, at least "one high-level Commanders source" is opposed to the idea of the team pursuing free agent Terrell Owens.

Owens and Donovan McNabb have reconciled since their spats in Philly, but T.O. would be no more than a stopgap who'd arguably block the development of Devin Thomas and Malcolm Kelly. With McNabb in town, Thomas will be a fantasy player to keep close tabs on throughout the spring and summer.

Brandon Marshall-WR- Broncos Apr. 6 - 9:26 am et

The Washington Post believes that a trade for Broncos restricted free agent Brandon Marshall may still be in play for the Commanders.

We doubt it, unless the Commanders are willing to part with their first-round pick in 2011. After No. 4, Washington doesn't have a draft choice until the third round this year. The Post suggests a deal involving S LaRon Landry or DT Albert Haynesworth, both of whom appear to be on the trade block.

Wouldn't bother me a bit. He isn't the WR he was when he was here. He has been on the decline for 3-4 year now. McNabb's still not accurate, T.O still can't catch. Sounds like a dream come true to reunite these players 7 years later and hope they can play like they did back in the mid 2000's.
