The difference is,Brady had to learn a brand new offense and had all new players around him to adjust to,of course they were gonna have growing pains...why do you think big mike kept the same offense for dak.

If not for their defense, they wouldn't of made it to the SB.

The reason why Tampa went on their run last season was their defense as Brady and the O, really struggled outside of the Super Bowl game. Believe Brady threw 3 interceptions in the NFC Championship and they still won. Brady actually was seeing extra men in coverage like Dak is seeing now. Once they got their run game going, they were tough to stop.

The D did play great but

No….Brady went on an absolute tear down the stretch last year.

In those 4 straight wins to close the season he was completely on fire
125 QB rating ,
12 total TDs,
just 1 turnover

Then, in the 4 playoff games he had only one game where he had the same TDs as turnovers…so a +/-0….vs GB. So no games with a negative TD/turnover

The other three games he played really well to great
9 total TDs and
0 turnovers
107 QB rating

and in their 4-0 December run, they averaged nearly 40.

The defense did play well though, but this guy us completely remembering things wrong.

Offense was rolling more than any other team in the NFL…..averaging about 35ppg
Passing, rushing for TDs, and almost no turnovers other than at Green Bay

Yet Mr. Goat has had slumps to overcome as well. Including this years outing vs Washington, 220 yards with 2 ints in 19 to 29 loss and lost the week before vs the Mighty Saints. back to back loses No excuses Dak has to play better but as I said even the best have their bad outings.

All QBs have bad games. No exceptions.

The key is not to string bad ones together.

Brady or Rodgers may have a bad one here or there, but rarely if ever 2-3 in a row.

Even Romo (who we all know is not on par with Brady) went almost his entire career without ever having back-to-back bad games.....let alone 3-4 in a row.
I thought this was true from memory so I looked it up. Back-to-back stinkers were extremely rare and almost non-existent....maybe 1 time his whole career.

I think Dak will get it going again. Hope I'm not being naive in believing, but that's what I think.
