Yep. Dak is going to have to play all-pro level ball the next 11 games if he wants anything more than backup money for me

I agree. Our defense has been much improved and Tank is by far the best player. The defense should be even better next year with another year of experience. I think the offense's best bet is to try to go back to being a dominant running team. They already have Zeke and need to probably wait a year to get a more experienced Connor Williams and hopefully healthy Fred Beard. They really just need a QB who isn't terrible and lets the run game dominate like we had in Dak's rookie year.

Thats what I mean. It'll be another decade before Jerry even thinks of drafting another QB. I'm pointing the finger on our coaching staff. Dak's been a mess after Romo and Sanchez ( his mentors) left the sidelines. Now he has Moore as his qb coach and a HC who doesn't know what he's doing. An Oline who can't block. A Defense that can't tackle, oh, and WR's that can't catch.

The entire team is a mess due to coaching. And until Jerry fires the Clapper Gang, it doesn't matter whose behind center, the team won't change their performance.

People used to say that about drafting OL. Point being things can change which sometimes shockingly can include JJ

Idk man he just saw Mack and Donald get 20 mill...

Granted "QB money" now is north of 26mill a year but he should command the same(low 20 hopefully a small hometown discount/no state tax) if he posts back to back top 2 in sacks in the NFL

Let's see if Tank can play this well through the whole season.

Back half of 2017, his play collapsed. Only 4 sacks. He's a guy who has already had 2 offseason back surgeries. I'm not paying him unless I see him healthy and effective through the end of the season.

Discount would be nice. Dez said he would give one. Till the agent gets involved. Lol. It was a gamble if his back was gonna heal. Apparently It did. He is a beast and likely worth it. Gregory or Taco isn’t threatening or stepping up so.
