I was thinking the same thing. . . or I would select Nolan SmithI would trade up for Porter if he falls to 23.

SavyWouldn’t be surprised if Dallas is looking to trade down to someone like Kansas City at 31 and pick up an extra 3rd round pick. Some reason I think they want to get their starting left guard with Avila or Torrance in the 1st.
Low value. LOL.I did a follow the money post last week, both rusher/corner would be better for their future cap allocations as the need to clear money off their books for several big extensions starting next offseason. Mayer probably gives you the most immediate impact, but plays at a low value position, think it would be a toss up from the other two as both tested elite at their respective positions.
I suspect the Vikings would take player, but you never know til you offerI would trade up for Porter if he falls to 23.
Kelce was a former 3rd rd pick and Mayer isn't him.Low value. LOL.
I'll take Travis Kelce on this team over any cornerback on the planet.
That’s an interesting analysis you have…not my words but ok.Yes. Witten won based on long speed. The ultimate deep threat.
And none of that addressed the notion that TE is low value.Kelce was a former 3rd rd pick and Mayer isn't him.
You are going to need corners to play against those AFC heavyweights. And none of that addressed the notion that TE is low value.
You can have your cornerbacks. They would do jack squat in beating the 49ers.
Noted. You are going to need corners to play against those AFC heavyweights.
Please don't pay attention to anything I say in the future.
We already got another good weapon in the passing game that teams need to respect, they will add another TE, but they need to get out of some contracts next offseason to keep their core group together. Corners, especially good ones, cost a ton in the open market, far more then TE's.Noted.
I think those percentages need to be adjusted. Lewis ran 0.2 seconds slower in the 40 and 0.7 seconds slower in the 20 yard shuttle. There’s not as many humans as big and athletic as Washington. I still thinks he has the better career out of him and Kincaid.Mayer: Witten 2.0
Kincaid: Best hands in this draft including TEs and WRs. Not much of a blocker.
Washington:
Might be Gronk: 10% probability.
Might be Marcedes Lewis (Top tier blocking TE): 90% probability.
