TD question

In the photo below, notice the hand angle.

It looks as though the wrist and lower forearm hit down before the fingers hit. The hand seems to angle upward from the wrist, not parallel to the ground.

If the wrist hits first inbounds, isn't that a TD.

If your not sure what hits first, wrist or finger tips, isn't that inconclusive?

Would of, could of, it's all water under the bridge.

No. It's not a TD. Just like if your heel hits before your toes. You're still out of bounds.

I blame the play caller. He shouldn't have called for Romo to hit Dez for the winning score an inch out of bounds. What was he thinking?!

I don't know it was a close call when I saw the repy I felt the TD would be over turned. I hoped like hell they would have said inconclusive but I think they made the right call as much as it pains me to say it.
