The team identity has been the same for 5+ years now

This team is not 5 years away from being competitive. One thing about our oline is they are all either playing different postions or new to the team. Does the oline need to be fixed YES in a big way. Having said that they can play better than they are now. Costas return May have a impact, atleast in the running game. Bernardeu has been awful he has gotta be taking off the starting unit. Free has played rt better in the past and hopefully will do again. Atleast the oline wiped out the stupid penalites last game. Regardless The front office HAS to make a committment to fix the oline next offseason. If the commit to it like they did the db postion this past offseason, we can fix our issues in one offseason. UNTIL they do we will face the same ole same ole 500 ball , give or take a few wins. The only good thing is I really dont see a super dominant team out there, and anyone can take it all if they get hot going into the playoffs.

In terms of identity, we don't have one because our head coach doesn't have one.
