Teams have figured out our offense

How else can you explain the great coverage on all our receiving targets for most of the game? Detroit's secondary has been getting torched all season and yet our receivers were getting zero separation. I could have sworn that they knew exactly what play and what route was going to be run on nearly every play.
It reminded me of an article I read earlier this season. "Is Jason Garrett's Offense Stuck in the 90's?"

I think it may be time to move to a more creative offensive mind. We have far too many weapons for us to be this ineffective. I would give Garrett a pass if the receivers are wide open but after watching some of their recent games from the all-22 coaches film I have come to the conclusion that the opposing D knows our offense better than we do.

Garrett is no longer calling the plays.. As a matter of fact, one could argue that this team wouldn't even notice if he were to be fired tomorrow. He is barely serving a purpose right now.

They figured out this offense awhile ago. They dictate to us on what plays we will run and occasionally, we get one by and score. Other teams just show one formation, we change into what they were expecting and they switch just before the snap.

It really isn't hard to predict this offense and its tendencies. Callahan/Garrett have no idea how to use the weapons that are on this team. I bet there are 15 other teams out there that would kill for the talent we have on offense.

I will be honest he's done a good job developing players on the line and let's be fair this isn't his playbook

No motion. No bunch formations. No screens. Just line up and run the same routes time and time again. I blame Garrett. We have some solid options and we don't know how to use them. Coaching is this teams biggest weakness.
