I marvel at how some fans can think that denying points to teams w/ no offense (Bears & Dolphins) and an injury decimated offense (Rams) constitute a good Defense. And the Bears D was injury riddled when we put up 34 on them and are the Dolphins really that good on D?
If we can play w/ the Pats, I'll start to drink the koolaid, but I'm going to have to see our D shut down a real QB and our O put some points up against a good D...

Going into Week 4, the Patriots had scored 38 points in each game versus teams with the 22nd (Chargers), 28th (Jets) and 32nd (Bills) ranked defenses. On the flip side of the coin, the Cowboys had scored 45, 37 and 34 points respectively in each game versus teams with the 16th (Bears), 20th (Dolphins) and 25th ranked defenses.Vtwin;1680221 said:My thoughts exactly. We can score points on anybody but we haven't proven we can stop a good offense. The Pat's have a great offense and Moss owns us.We do have the advantage of Wade Phillips having schemed against the Pat's many times before but I need to see it before I believe it.
