Romo and Callahan constantly usurp Garrett's authority. Garrett's been the nice guy too long and now the inmates run the asylum

Garrett a nice guy? You might want to ask Wade if he thinks so. Wade constantly took the blame for the offense back when he was coaching while Garrett would slip out the back door.

I don't know about a rift between Garrett and Romo, but Murray was in Garrett's face today and we passed it three times on the next drive (and punted I believe). I hope that wasn't a case of Garrett showing Murray who's boss. Can't put such nonsense before the team.
