I have been really pessimistic about this being a good movie. If you look close they have elements of all the Terminator movies, but I still think this is going to end up in a clusterfudge of details not sorted out.

I guess after seeing the abomination that was Prometheus I am not going to get excited about these franchises because they try to get too cute.

 
Looks terrible. They should have just kept the Terminator: Salvation trilogy going. It was not a good movie by any means, but I thought the premise had a chance to blossom. I hate reset/reboot/origin movies and this looks like a stinker. If it's PG-13 (which doomed Salvation IMO) it will be even worse.
 
Hopefully the cgi isn't close to being finished, 'cause it is far from acceptable as is.
 
Hopefully it can be at least better than the third one(which I thought was a fun popcorn movie) and that dumb one without Arnold.

Oh man, I loved Prometheus. Can't wait for sequel.


Anyways....

Terminator and terminator 2 were best.
T3 and TS were horrible.

TS was almost a nice full circle wrap up. But... Meh...

It took every once of patience not to walk out of both of these movies...(bold)
I guess our tastes are vastly different....

But I don't expect much from the Terminator series anymore.......
It will be a pleasant surprise if it moves me..

Premise looks great, but executive will probably be horrible.
 
Yeah so I'm probably going to see this.

Really like the terminator ...saga? Even watched Sarah Connor chronicles... Underrated show if you ask me. This actually seems to be somewhat similar with the branched, altered past.

Looks bad though.
 
I guess the original LMG guy is too busy with </Scorpion> to participate
 
Prometheus was pretty bad. I'm not feeling the girl that's playing Sarah O'Conner. Linda Hamilton wont be surpassed in how raw she was. It was prefect for the movie. Thinking about this trailer, it seems a little cartoonish.

Enjoyed Prometheus!

You just have to remember it isn't directly tied to the Alien movies. As a standalone flick it is really solid.

If you go in thinking it is the direct prequel than I can see where disappointment might occur.
