Modern day NFL sucks. Too many damn injuries...

I remember talking to my great aunt in the eighties. She would give my mom respite on Sundays and I would go over to her place and we would watch football all day. She was a Commanders fan and would complain about how it was always Cowboys games. She would watch them all with me though. I loved that woman.

Anyway I remember back then her complaining about how there were too many injuries and flags etc. I remember Byrd getting hurt and some other shocking ones. Your outlook is for all times it seems.

He's a guy who wouldn't have made my roster because of the injury issues, anyway. I like that we didn't have to expose Bishop to waivers.

Gonna be tough to figure out who to release when Hardy and McClain come back.

Were going to be fine right buddy? Any need to worry yet?

Every team has adversity. We got hit hard but I prefer to wait and see as opposed to fret and panic.

The OL is still intact and Hardy and McClain come back in two weeks for a defense that is playing at a very high level. It's not all bad for all your fearmongering.

So that is 2 roster vacancies on the 53 right? Or was Kellen Moore already brought up from the PS?

Your guess is as good as mine, that's why they play the games. All you can do is set your roster up as deep as you can and then roll with it. But I still like our chances in the NFCE, if that's what you're asking.

Probably would have been one of these two who now have to step up and now become more vital to keep. For now bottom feeders are getting more important.

I would guess someone like Lucky Whitehead, Keith Smith or Ryan Russell.

The more these injuries strike, the harder it is becoming to not have to make a crucial cut. Hopefully this is the last of them.

I dont really want to cut Russell because I feel he could be a good rotational DE inside and a outside. One who can actually threaten the edge. But I think thats the direction they go in as Crawford is logging quality. They mighy be able to sneak him on the PS

I hate cutting draft pics this early unless they clearly show they aren't NFL material, which isnt the case for Russell. But we may not have much of a choice

Sean Lee should know. He pulled off this "toe injury" scam a few years ago.

If Karma worked symmetrically, you'd get this injury. Then we could get the direct report from you about how bad it is.

I suspect that McClain's problem is pretty serious, seeing as there was near immediate surgery.

Whitehead would be my choice. He has a good chance of slipping to the practice squad.

Dunbar is basically a WR at this point, so if it comes down to needing to free up one spot then he would be my choice. Its not a good sign for you when we trade for a guy at WR and he gets snaps over you without even knowing the offense
