How is it not obvious to these announcers that he is "fishing" for the dolphin on the goal-post? Am I taking crazy pills?

(in case he really is serious)

He was filming. Making fun of the Patriots and Belicheat.

Doh.

Clever if I do say so myself.

Hey Chad Johnson you can keep your little jacket. You had 6 months to come up with a week 1 TD celebration and that was all you had. TO showed you how it was done.

The only thing is he didn't need to do it with the ball to have the same effect. He wouldn't have gotten penalized if he would have left that out.

I thought it was funny and I normally think all of those pre-planned celebrations are stupid.

He was pretending to be hiding behind the goalpost while filming. I thought it was funny as hell. I can see how someone might think he was reeling in a fish but he wasn't.

I compare Chad Johnson's celebration last week with TO's this week and wonder why TO had a penalty. That penalty gave the Dolphins a short field and they scored quickly after that. Lucky play, but still a score.

Speaking of penalties, does anyone think the new penalty for spiking the ball is a little ticky-tack? Uneeded penalty IMO.

I liked the celebration, and I personally don't like the rule about using the football as a prop, as long as it's quick, and in good taste.

And uncalled after huge plays in the Detroit and New England games.

He got a penalty because they said he was using the goalpost as a prop which is no longer allowed.
