Don't think many people appreciated just how good he was while he was here.

CATCH17;3003820 said:Yeah Terry Glenns don't just fall off tree's.
I dare say he is a once in a lifetime type of player.
Speed, great Skills, great hands. He was almost a perfect receiver and for the skill set he was given i'd say he was perfect.
CATCH17;3003786 said:Austin is this guy. We just aren't good at getting the ball in our receivers hands right now.
There is to many option routes and not enough checkdown routes being run by the WR's.
Teams play a deep zone and we run our receivers right into the teeth of it.
If we would just take what the defenses give us than it would go a long way for this offense.
He's nothing like Glenn, so I don't know what you're so excited about. Glenn was quick and shifty, while Austin is big and strong.CATCH17;3007331 said:WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
He's known for his quickness, but his body control and hands were tops in the league.sk0aL;3007485 said:TG was a great player but I don't think he was all-world like some people in this thread do. It's a shame we didn't get him until he was in the twilight of his career and give time for Romo to develop with him.
Bledsoe didn't do him any favors either.

How? In what ways are Miles Austin and TG similar?Terence Newman700;3007869 said:you called it bro!!!
