*no offense to those living in Houston*

I've made in no secret. As a Dallas kid born and raise, and family in Houston, I loathe everything about that city. It's a giant, sweaty a-hole. The city itself looks like they have no zoning, and the traffic is a nightmare. I mean, every big city has traffic, but Houston traffic makes you want to kick a puppy. As far as the Texans, I hate them. Mainly, because it's a Houston team. If you ask anyone from San Antonio, Austin, or Dallas, they will ALL say Houston sucks.

Winning a Super Bowl in that stadium would be so amazing. We play down there in 2018, and I will be there with a sign reading, "Welcome to Cowboys Stadium South."

I have to say I like living in the Houston area and while I like local teams like the Astros and Rockets just never been a fan of the Oiler/Texans and that has more to do with the fans than the organizations themselves.

Cowboys fans barely remember that the Texans exist.

Texans fans hate the Cowboys with a passion, maybe more than some fans of NFC East teams.
Yep. It's crazy. Personally, the Cowboys have a rival with NFC East teams obviously, plus the Packers, Steelers, and Niners. Anybody else is a distant 7th-32nd. The Texan fans are like gnats that want attention from the Cowboys and Cowboy fans do not give them the time of day. The fans that really hate us the most outside of NFC East fans are the Saints.

Texans probably get bounced by New England in the playoffs again (a team that's historically owned them) AND NE will get to play another Super Bowl in their stadium.

I live in Houston and they have some weird little brother complex when it comes to the Cowboys and Dallas in general. I mean they go on about the Cowboys and how they can't stand them about as much as they talk about the Texans.

There's really no logic to it really.

This has been 100% my experience as well.

Even during that stretch when the Texans were contenders with foster, schuab, and Johnson all I heard from my friends that are Texans fans was about how the Cowboys suck. It was funny that they would talk about that more rather then who the Texans were actually playing.

Dallas hates Houston. Houston hates Dallas.

Most people I know in Dallas does not give it a second thought. I certainly do not hate Dallas. As for living in Houston again I'm perfectly happy living here and have been to many cities around the US but Houston is home. Now when it comes to football I have no love what so ever and take great joy anytime they lose.

Hmm. I literally can't think of a single person here in Dallas say, "yeah, Houston is pretty cool." I've been here the entire 35 years of my life. It's doesn't matter, though. GO COWBOYS!

Given that Houston is the 4th largest city evidently a lot of people do not mind living here. lol with a population of 2.1 million it is twice the population of Dallas so of course there is more traffic here but I still manage to get to work in 30 min.

I live in the Houston area. You would think the Cowboys are division rivals by their bitter hate of our team.

Because of their hate, I had great pleasure in watching the oilers choke against the Bills many moons ago and winning the SB in Houston would be my dream come true.

Go Cowboys! Finish the fight!

I was born in Denton (near Dallas) and lived there until I was 12. We then moved down in between Houston and Galveston where I grew up until I left for the military. I've always been a Cowboys and Astros fan (because they were the first NFL/MLB team of their respective sports in Texas). I don't care for Houston football or Dallas baseball whatsoever. I especially dislike the Texans because I know people who took great glee in them winning their first game against us. I really wouldn't blame them for being happy their team won except for the fact that many of them claimed to be Cowboys fans before the Texans came to Houston. I would love to see the Cowboys march into Houston and claim number 6 in a few weeks. How sweet that would be!

lol, I know several Texans fan who would be miserable having the city host the Cowboys. Myself this would be the next best thing to going to the game. With all the events talking place leading up to the game it would be sweet.
