Now after the restructure of Cooks deal, he only counts $6M this year against the cap. Cowboys for the win!

Hes been a top 25 guy for a long time. I won't hold a terrible Texans team against him. He still appears to have some wheels as well. His numbers since 2014 stack up well against anyone playing today. UNDER RATED
