Mike Mamula Looks like Tarzan plays like Jane. he sucks go look at his tape.
Context matters…in his combine interview he talked about a more complex scheme he’s in now where there’s more of an emphasis on gap integrity and stopping the run.I think his teammate Nic Scrouton was so overhyped early in the process that he’s now underrated. Scrouton actually has the production.
Scrouton is a very solid late R2/early R3 prospect to me.
Guaranteed our team is in on Stewart.
I've felt for a while that Stewart is a strong possibility at 12. I really don't care about his production in college as for I saw a player that created some real havoc but needed some fine tuning, and not to mention A&M didn't do any favors for him or the other DL with the scheme they ran. I don't think we've seen a player this explosive since Aaron Donald. Stewart is so quick that he's difficult to trap and OL have a hard time crossing his face, this making it difficult to run misdirection's and counters on him. Like you say, he's a chess piece that can be moved around and allow different packages and personal...on passing downs just move him inside and let him attack the QB with the shortest path possible while he develops his pass rush skills. My early money is on Stewart at 12. I dont know if he will rise quite into the top 10 with his production. No one expected to go top 10 has really fallen yet, and Pearce likely vaulted into the top 10
Im Eberflus defense, Stewart can play both outside and inside. He gives alot of package possibilities with the different personel you can put on the field with him. He can be a B gap rusher inside. Outside he can play anywhere from a 5 to 9 with his athleticism
