there is actually little EVIDENCE that helmets have actually lowered fatalities with motorcycles...... but, it does make people feel good.

What planet are you living on? There is tons of evidence that helmets reduce fatalities and the official stat is they reduce fatalities 37%. Study after study has demonstrated this.
