Yes... and again it depends on the stock...
There is a difference between feral pigs and wild hogs... his particular feral pigs had little hair and were smallish... they had stayed within the feral stock. However, feral pigs mate with wild hogs frequently and then they are a different animal. Wild hogs traditionally have bristly thick hair and a ridge on their back and the tusks you often see, thus razorbacks... or as we called them in East Texas, Pineywood rooters...
It all depends on the breed and mating habits...
