The league had 48 hours to rule on the appeal which would’ve been after this game. I expected them to wait until after tonight’s game and then rule. Had Houston won, the suspension would’ve been served in the WS. It was ridiculous to rule before tonight and postpone the suspension until next year.

If Rangers hold, this would be the 2nd time the Astros lost a series in 7 games where the home team never won a single game on either side. The World Series against the Nationals was the same.

I noticed when this announcing team waxed poetic on the fabled Astros history no mention of the “ scandal “ .

MLB wants it to go away....LA should have filed a lawsuit, and then said that they'll agree to drop it if the league puts an asterisk on all records....including in Cooperstown. That would have been soooo fitting!!!
