But to me OU fans make more excuses than any other fan base i've ever seen. Its like OU is excuse university and I think the coach knows that and can use it as a cop out.

I mean there has been so many failures over the recent years for their to be this many excuses and no actual problem...

I think you are talking to the wrong people. You can say that about any fan base. Every team has good and bad fans. I think most OU fans here are stand up guys who know football. The fans I can't stand are the ones that just bash every team and you can't discuss football with.

I may hate UT but I really respect what Colt has done, even without the recent wins record that guy really has earned it on and off the field. Most "true" fans could never say such blasphemy and that's a shame.

Because one has been here for 3 years and played a lot and Miller hasn't. I bet you Miller has more catches and TDs next year and he will be a guy taken in the first round when he's done. Broyles will never be near as high a draft pick as Miller. There are not a lot of 6-5 220 lb guys with speed like Miller has.

I hope Miller can become that guy, he has the potential. I think he played a lot of RB is high school on the east coast, which is saying something with his frame.

However, I think you are short selling Broyles. That guy has been one of the few bright spots this year. Where he gets drafted doesn't matter to me. He reminds me of Mark Clayton and he is doing fine in the pro's.

Im not a fan of any 1 College football team. I just like the game because its football and it showcases future NFL talent.

But 1 thing is I do hate the Sooners but I will give credit where I think it is due.

If I think someone is talented i'll say it. If I think OU fans are overhyping their talent like i've seen sooooo many times in the past then i'll say that too.

Last year OU had maybe one of the best pass protecting Olines of all time and I think it won Sam Bradford a Heisman trophy.
