OU has been playing very poor defense. OU hasn't been running very well. TT has improved their defense, especially those front 4. I was not a believer until these last two weeks.

not if the BCS gives it to UT....their body of work is right up there with **. Plus, Florida lost to unranked Ole Miss, while UT lost to #6 TT.

I dont care what these stupid announcers say. UT is the best 1 loss team in the nation. OU is the second best 1 loss team, and ** is 3rd. I wish everyone would shut up about USC....they got beat by a crappy Oregon St., struggled against a crappy Arizona, and are now struggling tonight against Cal.

Florida's the best team in the country right now.

that's only opinion. their loss to a weak miss should have them at 6 ahead of usc.

they look good, but there should be consequences for losing to garbage teams.

what happens if UT, TT, and OU all end up tied? I think they just said it goes by BCS.

UT beat OU, Mizzou, OSU, Kansas......lost to TT (on road)
OU beat OSU, TT, TCU, Cincinnati, Kansas.....lost to UT (neutral field)
TT beat UT, OSU, Kansas.....lost to OU (on road)

yep that would be quite brutal to decide.

they could always do what HS does when there is a 3 way tie....use margin of victory. UT has a +10 vs OU. TT has a +6 vs UT. If TT wins, they win outright. If OU wins, they have to exceed a certain amount of points to win the South. If they win by less than that amount, UT wins the South. I just don't know what that amount would be.

well UT and TT have an advantage on OU, cause they both beat the #1 team in the nation when they played them. UT has a slight advantage on the other two, cause they had Mizzou on their schedule. Mizzou trumps TCU and Cincy, IMO. All 3 teams would have beaten OSU and Kansas.

Yep... I was listening to a report last week where Stoops has been very concerned with the big plays his defense gives up. Texas Tech is the last team you want to play if you are prone to giving up big plays...

It's tough to win in Norman... should be a great game...
