I'm sorry but these refs are horrible. Texas WR taunts a TT DB, stares him down and talks some trash after a 1st down catch and no penalty. TT DB does the exact same thing a few plays later and it's a penalty

#7 had just gotten a late hit call earlier by the same ref, dude is a moron.

Yet they didn't call the BLATANT helmet to helmet hit against Newton. I agree the refs stink.... they always do when the Longhorns visit Lubbock. It's always a bizarre game.

Texas won but their offense played like crap. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy.

They're gonna get eat up by Oklahoma and Nebraska.

Ugly win. Gonna have to clean up a lot before Oklahoma and Nebraska. We still don't know how good our run defense is and that's gonna get tested a lot this season vs. OU, Nebraska, OK State and K State

The Texas offense is all kinds of suck....

1. OL cant block for pass or run
2. WRs, TEs, and RBs cant catch
3. RBs cant run (but that is mostly on the OL)
4. Gilbert cant hit his receivers in stride so they can get YAC....he is either high or low and they get tackled immediately.
5. Too many turnovers

The D is awesome. Muschamp has those guys flying all over the field. 11 Horns look like 15 or 16 out there. I love watching the Texas D play.
