Yeah, she also has a good "dark sense of humor" I've noticed! We need more ladies like her and WG on this forum...

I'd watch out for that right if I were you.

Hostile doesn't throw a bad left cross either.

Oops... I sense a banning about to happen...

I don't, I think BigBadRoy knows he's outmatched and will throw in his own towel.

Or am I givng him too much credit?

Well, I don't know. So far, BBR has dug about 5 different graves for himself and Hostile has pushed him into each and every one of them. But just like some freaky Night of the Living Dead flick, he keeps digging himself out. So, yeah, you're giving him too much credit.

I don't doubt it, but I also see a little creative mod editing happening too. :wink2:

See...this whole thread was started by a 16 year old teenager! Damn trouble making kids these days...he starts a fight then goes into the shadows while everyone else beats the crap out of each other!

Damn kids! :laugh2:

Troys good, but I think he feels like if he comments on a bad call that went against Dallas hell get nailed for it. So when its one of thoose things were they go back to the replay over and over in a Dallas game hell never say Dallas get robbed

Yeah, but the alternative is something I don't think he'd enjoy.

2nd chances sometimes work.

i really like Troy as a commentator i really do, just not when he is doing Cowboys game. And no it isnt because he doesnt gush about the Cowboys all game long, in fact i 100 times better like commentators that are right down the middle and dont care who wins. I just seems that when Aikman does Cowboys games he goes out of his way to show that he is not a Cowboys homer. When another team makes a good play against the Boyz he will give tons of credit to that team saying what a great job they did of battling or whatever. But when the Cowboys make a good play, he will say it was the other teams fault and should have never allowed it. I'm not saying he always does that but most of the time he does.

Again i love him and i think he is one of the best commentators in all of sports but i just dont think he does a good job during Cowboys game because he tries way too hard not to be known as a Cowboys homer. he should just be right down the middle, give credit to BOTH teams and no one will accuse him of being a Boyz homer

Why did he get banned he didn't do anything in this thread to warrant it? Unless there was some Im'ing going on.

Ya know, that would be my one criticism of Troy. There are times he is almost robotic and monotone.

As for his content, he is outstanding as an analyst. Objective color man lending a degree of insight few others in the industry can approach. You may not agree with everything he says, but he does give an opinion when called for and does a credible job of explaining various situations.

There are numerous times he mentions things I don't necessarily side with, but he is strong in the booth and, most importantly, fair.

Bias belongs on a team broadcast, if anywhere at all. At the network level, that has to go by the wayside. Aikman fits very well in that role for FOX. If you don't believe that, just watch the bidding for his services if/when he becomes available.
