The OP has clearly stated that he’s been critical of the organization so this off-season is a welcomed anomaly. Shows some stones actually to separate yourself from the herd and give someone (be it Jerry or others) a little credit when bashing is the accepted norm.

If you want to judge the body of work for a couple decades plus, then yes, Jerry and company have been subpar. But judge this off-season when considering staff changes, player additions, and the completion of a solid draft, and I think it was finally a job well done, particularly in relation to what’s been going on.

Why did it take so long and why now? Don’t know. But the fact that a group of decision makers stepped outside of their box is moderately creditworthy.

As much as Jerry deserves criticism, he gets to have some flowers he gets a pat on the back when he deserves it there's nothing wrong with that if you're going to criticize him every day 24 hours a day and that's going to be mostly the post around here then he deserves a couple when he does something good and I think this whole damn offseason has been good it's not one trade I think the coaching staff the draft the free agents and the trades together to make this one of the most successful all seasons without playing the games then we've had in a while we'll see the proof on the field..
