This year has been extremely difficult on my family and I... My grandma's cancer reared it's evil head again and found its way into her kidney. Oh how I wish they would find a cure for that damn disease! Needless to say it has been a VERY stressful and emotional time for everyone that loved her...

The Lord saw fit to take her home this Friday, so I'm happy she is no longer suffering and is at peace.

I just wanted to say thanks for being an outlet for me... I love posting on here and have learned to value everyone's opinion whether I agree or not (chuckle) over the past 5 and a half years. You guys have become like a family to me, we argue, we joke, we laugh and at the end of the day we all share a common love, the Cowboys.

I can really relate. Hang in there, and we all are thinking of you.
 
My mom passed away from cancer. Happy she is not suffering, miss her everyday. There defenetly in a better place! Cowboys!
 
sorry to hear about that three quite a few of us in here have lost love ones to cancer so we know about its ugliness. and yes >cbz is a nice home away from home so to speak

Sorry to hear that man!! Lost my grandmother at a very young age. There is hope on the cancer front though in the past few years. They've got melanoma cornered and are finding uses for MDMA(esctasy -go figure..) in attacking cancer. I enjoy your input. Best wishes to your family man.

Hang in there, Three. Your grandma died on August 19, which is the day my mother died unexpectedly 12 years ago. I miss her so, but time really does heal. My prayers are with you.
