That was heck of sack by DeMarcus Lawrence at end

When he made the sack, my GF had just walked in and was impressed. I said it's even better because that is the Cowboys draft pick that a bunch of clowns have been criticizing.

When he was drafted, I was against it but then said I would root for him 100% because he is a Cowboy. . . and I have. He still isn't a replacement for Ware and never will be but I don't think he has to be. Ware is a HOF'r. That's a lot to ask of anyone. I just want him to be a force... another Spencer if you will. Anything beyond that is gravy. I expect some sacks but more importantly I want him to be part of a UNIT that creates constant pressure and THAT I think he can absolutely do. Good luck Tank. I'm rooting for you.

No room on this board for DeMarcus to be a rookie... must. be. great. all. the. time....

Otherwise - a wasted pick and cut him...

After all - he has played 6 games now after faking an injury causing him to miss his rookie training camp and half the season..

lol

Geez.... so glad they drafted him...

Yes we must thank the Skins organization for the trade :muttley:

The most telling thing to me?

The coaches had him in during crunch time. It's obvious they believe in him.

Oh yeah and those same fans were already typing their hate for him. He and Hitchens. Both been heavily criticized both showed up.

Lawrence clearly had the wrath of Dallas hanging over his head had this team lost. Too see him hang in there and make the game sealing play was priceless. I also think a play like that can do wonders for his confidence in himself heading into GB.

a thousand likes

After watching Lawrence fumble a fumble recovery, I would have cut him after the play and wouldn't have waited for game to finish. Then he comes back with vengeance on a very athletic play to beat the OT and leap toward Stafford to cause fumble. There was a large amount of talent on display for those watching closely. If you can do it once you can do it again. This kid is green but I still think he is going to be play making DE soon.

Yeah, that fumble was a gut punch. I don't like to criticize players, but that showed no football IQ at all. I mean a junior high kid would have known to fall on the ball to finish out the game. I am just glad he redeemed himself. That was huge for him.

I was glad this kid made the clutch play. He deserved it. Hope the rookie can keep it going next week

Love the sig!!

The rookie made two good plays on the final drive with the game on the line. I loved seeing Crawford embrace Lawrance after the fumble. Crawford seems like a leader.

Yeah he was just trying to make a play. Players need to know when to go down. If it's not a pick, or a fumble way into the backfield...don't try and advance it.

Yeah, I was pretty upset with him. I thought he blew the game. He had a whole not of nothing all game long, but that was a great sack, especially considering he was being held the entire time.
