Besides Felix Jones and Newman... This team has no speed.. Austin is not a burner.. Courtney Brown is fast But he can't tackle.. The only fast LB is Ware
the rest can't cover my grand mother if she goes out on the flat... Crayton, Hurd, Barber and Choice are not homerun hitters..

We need LBers who can cover. Bradie struggles a bit in coverage. Ware can cover alright, but needs to be rushing the passer. Ellis cannot cover. Spencer needs to stay healthy, stay out of trouble, develop and beat our Ellis (yay),..... and Brooking.... lulz.

LT and LG to be more specific

I agree. I would like to see them come out of this draft with at least three offensive linemen.

More speed is needed, I agree, but a lack of overall, quality depth is a real problem on this team.

It'll come in the form of Derrick Williams (WR Penn St.) He plays faster than his 4.45-4.50 40 time.

He's on my list with Tate from North Carolina...

Who did the Giants and Colts (the previous winners of the Super Bowl before the Steelers) have as burners?

Who did the Cardinals have as a burner?

The Steelers had Willie Parker and Santanio Holmes. We have our complements in Jones and Austin. Jenkins isn't a slouch in the speed department either. And for what it's worth, Ware, relative to his position, is a speed demon.

Getting more speed won't hurt, but we're okay.

What we need is football smart guys who want to run you over or tear your head off on the field.

While we do not have the overall team speed I'd like, I agree with others that the LOS is our principle concern.

We need OL help and we need a big NT. The NT is currently the biggest problem keeping us from being a championship club. The OL depth is right behind esp LT. We have no one to back up our LT. Last year should serve as a reminder to everyone with short memories like me.

i dont really want felix to be the returner anymore. It would be awesome if we can get an all-purpose wr KR/PR.

He's the best we have. I'd prefer to use him.

Speed is overrated... What good is speed if a player is dumb???? And if you don't think Miles Austin is burner look at the Green Bay footage.

I agree 100% with this. Flozell is still serviceable, but that's not good enough. Colombo is not much better, but his position is not as important either, and I worry about Proctor and Kosier.

Speed will never be overrated, talent is though. You can be fast but don't know how to play, but if you're fast and kinda know how to play, you will dominate.

Sort of like being an average QB with a great arm, you can succeed.

Do you guys feel comfortable with Brooking or B. James covering a running back or a tight end? How about Ellis or Spencer?

I hope Proctor never ever ever ever gets to play for Dallas again.
