Rivers was pretty good Sunday. He led his team back and put them in the lead.

The defense failed the Chargers.

Oh, and with the Giants victory over the Patriots in the Super Bowl, the AFC's so-called dominance officially ended.

Rivers was effective today and I don't see the Broncos, Chiefs or Raiders wresting away the division from them this year.

They'll be a factor come playoff time.
