The heat will favor our team.

Giants wore down last year in game 1 and we should see that again next year.

I'd say heat would impact both teams. You don't spend all of camp in a scorching 76 degree environment and all of a sudden adjust.

They've been out in it for a couple weeks now.

How long have the Giants been in it?

Eh, with the forecast in the upper 90s, almost 100, I can't imagine they won't have the roof closed.

The star is a funny paradox amongst fans. We want to believe that it's sacred and shall never be tainted, but I can't think of a logo in the NFL that's disrespected more than the star

do you guys know if those annoying "chuck e cheese" sound effects are going to continue into the regular season or are we leaving that experiment in the preseason?

You talking the stupid 3rd down bit? It's definitely here to stay, it's a movement they started pushing last year, and will continue with.

This is world we live in. Get used to it. Major League Soccer replaces team logos on jerseys with product logos. There are even teams named after products. I think the New York Red Bulls is a team. It's been reported that the NBA is gonna start selling marketing space on their jerseys. I even heard that more teams are gonna switch to the new sleeved jerseys because the sleeves add like 20% more marketing space. Now, we're replacing our star with the AT&T globe. In another 10 years, we'll be called the Dallas AT&T Globes.

Don't compare soccer to sports please. Thank you.

Ah, yeah, this preseason was the first I had heard them. I imagine that they are here to stay, the team is doing anything... everything they can to try and create a better football environment.

I sure hope so.

I have heard a number of media members today say they were hearing the team wanted it open.

I heard Jerry wanted it open. I doubt the team or coaching staff wanted it open. It doesn't matter what the people that matter want it is what Jerry wants.

Amen, brother. I'll be glad when the Cowboys start defending the star, both literally and figuratively.
