There was a cat out of Texas A&M back in the day named George Wells, he was a 280 pound ball carrier, But....slow. Doubt I can find anything about him.

The reason you can't find anything about him is you have his name wrong. His last name was Woodard, not Wells.. And he was actually not slow. He actually won his district's 100 yard dash championship..

That's it,,,,Woodard not Wells, Wells????

He was like Riggins, his sprinting was when he was far lighter than the 260-280 he ran over players with, A 260 pound sprint champion, nay!!!!
