The Blitz is coming!!!

The Giants will not blitz as much as some people think.

They don't run a ton of games inside, seldom looping inside backers and DTs. When they do blitz, it's almost always off the edge with an OLB, S or sometimes CB.

Two TEs are going to give them fits because that's just an extra few yards they have to go off the edge.


Expect to see a little more of Barber than usual because he seems to pick up the blitz a little better, especially outside when the pick up is obvious.

I hope the "boys" are practicing for lots of up the middle blitz's. The Giants have watched the Eagles game film and will attempt the same amount of pressure on our QB. If we don't give Bledsoe time to throw, we will lose this game. Keys to the game are the performance of our center and guards.

This is a big game!!! Go Boys.

The Giants seem to bring pressure more from the outside. The Cowboys struggle with inside pressure. The Giants' interior linemen are not nearly as good as Jacksonville's or Philadelphia's. I don't fear the Giants defense much. I am worried about their offense. I don't know how we will matchup against the shorter passes to Barber and Shockey.
