The boat trip

lol. it didn't have any effect but i love seeing them get reamed for it

It may not have been directly related but it's a stupid decision to make with the playoffs looming.

Why anyone feels the need to take a vacation before the playoffs, knowing full well that they could be on vacation for months following that game, is beyond me.

It was stupid when our guys did it and it's stupid now.

It likey had nothing to do with ODB poor performance, it's easy to see how these incidence can become negitives, the fans and the media want thier millionaire sports stars to focus on the upcoming playoffs...

bet next time they make the playoffs they stay at home

People say it did not have any impact .. in fact I think it did. Especially for young players .. when they did it and realized the reaction it created, their little minds were occupied with the idea that they need to perform to avoid the backlash .. they put unneeded pressure on themselves to even perform better to avoid the attacks when they lose.
I heard they said that they asked their HC and he said OK .... BIG mistake .. imagine if they asked Jimmy or Parcells ... I thin there would have been a murder .. LOL

The defense gave up after going down two touchdowns. The Giants offense was inept all game.
Mara is mad and sharpening his knives. No way he lets the Cowboys get to the SB if he can help it.

The New York newspapers are equally as callous as those in Dallas and the fans' expectations are likewise. Who knows what might or may not have happened on that boat trip? I seriously doubt it affected the game as much as the NY media might suggest. What occurred on that boat trip likely didn't have any more affect than the trip that our guys took to Cabo. It's just a lame excuse for an unfortunate loss, nothing more than that.

The same silliness that occurred on that boat trip likely didn't have any more affect than the trip that our guys took to Cabo. It's over the top sensationalism, no more.
It created a distraction. What happened on the boat trip itself is pretty irrelevant. They could have sat around and sang folk songs and it still would have been blown up. The posing for pictures and plastering it on social media was the big issue.

It is funny that their top receiver for the game (King) wasn't on the boat.

Visit the NY Post for some great articles ripping O'Dell and his 28 yards receiving. The now famous boat trip is the new Cabo.
