Tired of seeing the Cowboys defense being off the receivers by at least 10 yards or more? (and sometimes on the very first play of defense...how cowardly)

Tired of seeing the Same Old Zone Schemes since the late 90's? It's like one Defensive Co-ordinator gets fired and the next one just picks up his notes...weird huh?

Do you miss the Good old Days when a Blitzing Safety used to bring the "wood" and lay out a quarterback while at the same time making him fumble. (thats still allowed right?...someone ought to let our coaching staff know about that one)

Well then vent here and follow me....

Jerry Will be cleaning house next year, regardless of the outcome of this season, I think we found our first casualty.

We are the best team but not the best coached team.

The defense started out so well. It looked like we were going to keep up the pressure, but it all just fell apart. The Cowboys were outplayed and there's no excuse for it. If you're going to lose, OK, but darnit show up for 4 quarters!

The play calling was questionable at BEST for sure, but to me the offense is almost a non issue until our defense learns how to well...play defense.

It was quite embarassing for on both sides of the ball for sure.

I'm quickly becoming disenchanted with the alignment as well, regardless of whether its the Phillips 3-4 or the Parcells 3-4.

Dallas gets caught reading their press clippings sometimes. It happens in the NFL.

Any of you fools that bet the house on this one deserved what you got. Rivalry games are always hard to predict.

I am not convinced Stewart knows which end is up sometimes, but that's JMO.

We're never going to be good against the run with a defense as light up the middle as this one is. Ratliff is just not meant to be a 3-4 NT. It was a big mistake to give up Fergy for a 6th. He would have been very useful today.

I have not made up mind one way or the other yet as to wether the players or the coaching sucks.

However, if it is possible to have like 10 straight sucky QBs in a row, I am pretty sure it is possible to have two back to back sucky D coordinators.

Post Count is irrelevent when it comes to the substance of his post.

I dont think Stewart should have been let go - but the defense looks just as questionable as it did last year and we are much more talented.

I do agree with Garrett though. The key to stopping the Dallas Offense is to go up early, because we become totally one dimensional.
