So why did you only bring up the 2 INTs and not that one? Seems weird.

Now breakdown the other 51

Why? Because Ken has a tendency to take all of Dak's awful plays and find any possible way he can to absolve him of any blame.

I am actually shocked he placed blame for the INTs on Dak's shoulders (though, only mildly on one). I joked in the game thread after the 2nd one that he would say something like it wasn't his fault because he was sacked on the previous play.

That first INT was a good play by the defense. The corner dropped in the zone and made a play which happens to every QB. The other turnovers were bad.

I thought many fans were saying a few weeks ago they were ok with a few more turnovers if Fak throws for 300-400 yards and were more aggressive. Now fans are complaining since they can’t complain about throwing for only 200 yards.
Yeah, I saw interceptions thrown by Goff & Trubisky that were equivalent or worse last night. I guess ignorant fans have to realize that all QBs throw INTs. Still, Dak doesn't have a turnover problem like Dak haters would prefer to say, and he admits he needs to work on his fumbling in the pocket issues which I agree on. But people talk about the score being close, when they need to talk about all the penalties that negated things we were trying to do, and not to mention the LOW SNAP fumble by Looney that helped push us out of field goal range.

They don't want to talk about those things because it coincides with their hate Dak agenda which is fine with me. Enjoy your misery as I've said before.

People love to compare Dak to every good/great QB on the planet to point out his shortcomings.

Well, I watched the Rams and Goff last night, and Goff threw some AWFUL picks/passes — terrible.

Point is that Dak's INTs are maddening but it happens to everyone.

No, it's true. It happens to all of them.

Really.

Bus driver don't throw the ball 54 times.

And your Dak hate knows no bounds...
Not a hater at all, had a lot of hope for him and wish he could be upper tier QB but to this point it doesn't appear that will happen, (again my opinion), do you know what a bus driver is as Dak is a classic driver? Seems anytime someone has a different view of his skill set The Dak true believes always come back to "Hater" "Romo lover" and various other insults when their views are questioned or heaven forbid point out his obvious flaws. Last time I checked he doesn't walk on water and still has real trouble with consistent accuracy.

I don't know how you can be more consistent that 75% completion percentage over the last 5 games. This isn't babysitting offense either..this is slinging the ball 30 + times a game.

I know you will say accuracy isn't completion % and to that i just laugh...

They were both his fault. The first one was a great play by the defender more than anything. The second one was egregious and totally on Dak.
True. To be fair, the first one was a very good play by the defender.

Good stuff.

To be fair, we generally do not count rushing TDs unless we also count fumbles....and vice versa.

Ken, can you breakdown the two interceptions yesterday and tell us all about how they weren't Dak's fault?
Quarterbacks turn it over sometimes. People around here act like good quarterbacks only ever throw incompletions or interceptions on passes that hit their targets in the hands and bounced away entirely thanks to the receiver. But that's not really the case.

Even Troy Aikman, the golden standard in our fans' minds for a robotic efficient passer who had perfect mechanics and pinpoint accuracy, protected the ball way worse than Dak. And completed a lower percentage of passes. And not every interception or incompletion only made its way to the defender's hands or to the ground by bouncing off of the hands of his intended target. Of course, people will say Troy intentionally threw more balls away to wisely live to fight another day. Which, sure. But then, when Dak is careful, he gets tagged for that too. It wasn't so long ago our fans were crying about Dak being too precious with the football, not forcing enough balls and giving his guys chances to fight for the ball. 2 of his last 3 interceptions came on throws he forced to Amari, and we're still pissed. When he wasn't turning it over, people were furious that he was playing careful to hide how terrible he secretly is. When he is less careful, people are furious he's not playing careful enough. It's almost as if he can't win.

People are just losing their minds about how miserably Dak is playing this year, as if it proves he's garbage. Instead, to me, it's just showing how high his floor is. He spent the first half of the season playing with nothing but 3rd and 4th WRs, and nothing but TEs who don't belong higher than a 2nd or 3rd TE. And he's spent the entire season without Frederick, and with Tyron being either out or hobbled with injuries (or a shell of himself). And our offensive coaching has been terrible. And with all of that, he's still 8-5 with 2.4 touchdowns for every pick, completing 68% of his passes (amazing for someone who idiot Cowboys fans like to compare to Tim Tebow, a guy who only completed 40-something percent) for a passer rating in the high 90's. That's not bad at all for the miserable circumstances of this season. Compares pretty favorably to the lower floor you see from most quarterbacks when their o-line loses key guys and they're given bad weapons to throw to.

And by the way, anyone saying Dak's fumbles are a deal-breaker needs to show me proof of them calling for us to move on from Tony Romo in 2008 when he fumbled 13 times in 13 games (more than Dak despite fewer rushes and fewer sacks).

We dont ignore them. Your just too clueless to understand that those things happen in games all across the NFL all day long. Get out much?

Did you watch the night game? 7 picks in all.
Standard Dak reply Insult, then , Dak was just as bad as some other QB's yesterday, then , insult follows again, talk about low IQ clueless.

IT WAS ONE BAD INT!

The first INT was a great play by a defender to peel off his man and make a play on the ball. With experience, Dak will learn to stare down that under route to hold that defender and then make the throw. But that comes with experience. It wasn't a bad INT.

Now, the second one, that was a bad throw. It was the right read, open man and he sailed it.
That second one is something I've seen a few times from Dak. I think it slipped a bit coming out of his hand.

I don't know if it's his hand size, or the fact that he seems to sweat buckets, or something else, but every now and then a ball comes out really odd.

Like you ignore the fact that the OL is in complete shambles. Complete and utter shambles. You don't deem that important?

Dak is constantly scrambling.

This line can't even create a pocket for Dak to step up in to.

Also........this was a divisional game. Everything is thrown out the window. Stats, who beat whom and wins and losses.

The front four of Philly aren't any slouches either.
again excuses, what in my post isn't correct?

yes but he over throws Cooper once and Gallup twice for sure would have been TDs

and was lucky on that last pass was not intercepted for pick six
Gallup slowed up on one pass. So that was on him.
