The Carton Show: Dak Prescott and Mike McCarthy will be out of Dallas

That's a pretty safe bet after neither has received an extension.

As soon as Jerry botched handling McCarthy extensions questions the week leading up to the franchises most embarrassing playoff lose ever, one could bet that 2025 could have a new HC and QB1.
 
They may not even make the playoffs. I have them losing against Baltimore, Cincy, Philly road, SF, Detroit, and Houston. I have them winning against Carolina, NYG (twice), Was Home, New Orleans, Tampa. That would put them 6-6-0. Then I have the toss up games which would be Atlanta, Philly Home, Cleveland, Washington road, Pittsburgh. They will need to go at least 3-2-0 in the toss up games to have a slim chance of making the playoffs. The schedule is brutal this year.

lol. Can you re-post this exact same video around the Super Bowl? You know. Just to serve as a reminder of the proclamation that said both MIke McCarthy and Dak Prescott will be gone under the condition specified.

It will be cool if you repost it next January instead too. A lot will need to happen for Dallas to make a postseason run according to how things stand at present, so it may not be necessary to wait until Groundhog month.
 
After the embarrassment against GB McCarthy should have been fired. He may not make it through the 2024 season if things start going wrong.

Dude. Sports talk news can barely be described as news. They are mass broadcast-based opinion factories. I understand wanting to post them but let's not make the Colin Cowherd, Stephen A Smith, etc., formats into what they are remotely not.

Not really news and not really factual. It's 100% speculation. Any member of this forum could have posted that silly nonsense that requires very little thought. Hope the rest of the content on that show is more enlightening. If Dallas were to lose a close game in the NFC Championship game or lose the Super Bowl then there is no way Jerry fires McCarthy or lets Dak walk. While that scenario is highly unlikely there is still a chance it could happen which would make his entire post false by the Carton Show.
 
They are not making the playoffs and Dak and MM have nothing to do with it. This coming season is all on Jerry and Stephen. We had 2 problems to solve and they did nothing to solve them. Vince Lombardi himself couldn't fix what is wrong with this team.

Yeah it’s like they are being set up to fail. I would’ve asked to leave if I was Mike.
