Oh .... son~cracking knuckles~
Oh .... son~cracking knuckles~
You are probably right about other franchises, but did those backs have trouble with dope, sexual assault and not playing much in preseason?
With Ramsey and possibly Smith the MLB we could be well on our way to fixing this defense starting next year.
Cut Romo, and sign the best DE on the market to a big contract..............OOPS!!! never mind.
Everyone here would have taken Ramsey. And then they would have taken Jack. Those two must have had some impact on Sunday when their defense gave up 38.
Funny thing is Zeke is already seeing 8 and 9 man fronts. Wait till Romo gets back in or as Dak gets more comfortable and they start backing off. Geez, after only 2 games.
Sexual assault? Not so much.
How do you figure?Zeke was a Garrett pick.
But I understand the frustration with the culture at times, and yeah that usually seems to go back to Jerry.
Cowboys.com's Bryan Broaddus suggested that Ezekiel Elliott "doesn't look as explosive" as he did in college.
It's hard to argue against for a back averaging 3.3 yards per carry after Elliott averaged 6.7 YPC at Ohio State. Elliott got nothing going against the Giants in Week 1 and only had a few nice runs in Week 2 against the Commanders. Broaddus suggested that Elliott's "conditioning doesn't look right" and later tweeted Elliott may be "kinda living life too much." There have been rumors Elliott isn't fully focused on football for awhile now. Elliott does have major breakout potential on Sunday Night Football against the Bears' injury-depleted defense.
I've heard people close to the team say it and there's the whole article talking about Garrett sitting down to watch Jalen and Zeke.
I believe the line was "He liked Ramsey. He loved Elliott".
You act like that would've been the plan. You switch one player out during the draft and it changes things for every team. Your point is not valid. They were trying to trade back into the first and grab Lynch, seems Jaylon was a pick they had planned on taking later until they heard whisper that NE was going to take him before they would've had a chance.
Actually it does change everything. You're entitled to your opinion, but get the facts straight.Oh sorry, beating your GF.
I guess that changes everything. Now so much.

Dude if you don't know the ramifications of being labeled a sex offender, I don't know what to tell you. You said sexual assault was one of the preseason issues. It was not. Even the alleged assault was apparently bull. I'm done with the conversation. Just be careful. You wouldn't want your name associated with sexual assault when you did no such thing. Give Zeke the same respect. They are both assault. It changes nothing. But by all means change the subject.

I dont act like anything. If you dont understand my point, read it again or ask for clarification. Or you could just continue to make things up if you like.
Me making things up? That's funny... Read the thread you're the only person being called out for your ridiculous claims. The only reason I would read it again is to get a good laugh at this thread.
1. Was setup for a money grab by his ex and somehow that is sexual assault or someone with problems.
2. I haven't seen anywhere that Zeke has failed a drug test, all I've seen is rumors about passing drug tests, but they are rumors. Yet you state them as fact.
3. You assume by passing on Zeke and taking Ramsey that they still would've drafted Jaylon without any regard for what would've transpired after the Ramsey pick as it would've changed the outlook of the draft for multiple teams.
This doesn't surprise me coming from you. I am done with the conversation thanks for the laughs as usual! You're good at providing them with your posts.

Yep you didn't imply any of those things....
I am not angry at all, I'm just amused by you now.
Nope, you assumed wrong and made an angry rant out of it. But its cool. Im not one of these angry posters that gets all tied up in a wad when someone disagrees with me.
I just love people who borrow trouble. So who should they have drafted at 4 that has done so great?
People who come down on Zeke as underperforming are showing a lack of understanding of how football works. Just as Adrian Peterson gets credit for Sam Bradfords success the other night, Zeke gets credit for changing the defenses to sell out on the run. Dak has benefited greatly from Zeke. Just as Beasley and Witten have.
Peterson, Gurley, Zeke all have less than awesome stats so far because all are facing defenses designed to stop them at the expense of the passing game. Yet all 3 backs have done more for their teams than any other backs have who may have averaged more yards per carry.
Stop getting mad because Zeke isn't breaking 100 yards every week because it hurts your fantasy team.
Start showing some real understanding of the game you invest so much time watching and talking about going.
