There is a good chance this will happen. I could see us going back to 4-3 after Wades gone. A new area starts under JG and the 1990's mentality goes back to the 4-3. Since Jason can not get Capers to leave Green bay.

JG is not ready to coach, the guy just started coaching a few years ago, he needs some more experience. shanny will give that to him

Screw that. If you bring in Shanny, you let him pick his own OC.

Shanahan is a waste of space,he was 24-24 in his last three years in Denver.He only won one playoff game since the 98' Super Bowl.He's just another retread looking for a handout.

Shanahan is a great coach. His team sucked, and he was a GM. Allow him to just coach and he'll be a great mentor/leader for this team. Also what was his PPG? Something ridiculous. Allow him to get a real D coordinator with our personnel and watch us roll.

I don't see it.I see Shanahan and Cowher as two of the most overrated names in the game.

I also see Shanahan as wanting control over personnel which won't happen here.

How does Garrett's' resume compare with Rex Ryan's? Ryan has the #2 defense in NY, and this is his first year as a head coach.
