There is a good chance this will happen. I could see us going back to 4-3 after Wades gone. A new area starts under JG and the 1990's mentality goes back to the 4-3. Since Jason can not get Capers to leave Green bay.

I like Aiken but I dont believe he could make the jump from DL coach at Iowa to NFL DC that easy.
Dennis Thurman, how could you not like that choice?
Keith Butler, I guess that's one way to get in the 3-4 Pittsburgh influence
Arron Kromer, no thank you. I dont like anything he has done in NO
Unless the Bengals let Zampese go it would be a lateral move

Maybe when he was still with the Beavers w/Derek Anderson & Stephen Jackson, or even after his first season w/the Badgers (2005), but I notice the Beavers are still playing well, and the Badgers are not. Wisconsin's offense is terrible.
And Chrsyt's short time in the NFL was uneventful.
And the only way to bring Capers to Dallas is to offer him the HC position. Don't think that is going to happen, but man his creativity on defense would have been a thing of beauty for the Cowboys, especally b/c his area of expertise is the very same that has been a Cowboys' weakness since the 90's, secondary play and disguising blitzes. I still curse Stewart to this day.

put up 33 points a game this season playing in the cold and windy big ten where there are no podunk states on the schedule. Chryst is an amazing offensive mind. Power running game, slick passing game. Lots of deep shots down the field.
SDogo;3148853 said:Exactly,
this has been a down year but they still ranked 34th overall and averaged over 415yds per game, 32.75 pts (ranked 21st), tied for 7th in RedZone offense and 4th in time of possession.
His offense does all the things needed to help teams win football games including keeping the defense off the field.

Who the hell wants to go to Wisconsin except RB's and OL which is what they are known for. Chryst has installed a pro style offense, this is no longer your mom and dads Badgers. They still run the ball but use it to set up the pass and do it very effectively.
