Nice mock Count. Not sold on Shipley. Swap him with an Andre Roberts and I would love this draft.

McCourtey would be a beast at FS IMO. I never really thought about him there but he's probably one of the best tackling corners in this draft so I can def see him working out at FS. Maybe add 5-10 more pounds.

Love the John Jerry pick. He might not be too far off from Iupati. He might even be more polished now.

I haven't pictured him as a FS either. I think it's partly because of his size (and I know he's basically the same size as ET, but ET isn't a conversion project), but more b/c I think he can play CB at the next level.

I like the idea, though McCourty probably doesn't. Might be easier to trade down a few spots and draft AOA for the role.

if allen is there at 27 i would rather have him but overall this would be a good haul.

I don't think Allen is nearly the prospect McCourtey is, personally. We'd also get more utility out of McCourtey than Allen. To me, taking Allen at 27 is reach in pursuit of a position of need.

I'll take it but would make one substitution. Take Shipley out and put in Pitt HB/TE Dorin Dickerson or RB Dexter McCluster and I'm a happy camper.

If its Dickerson in the 3rd then FB Conner wouldn't be needed and we can go with a kicker there.

I'd certainly take McCluster but the main reason I like him is for special teams. I think with McCourtey as the first pick, we already get the special teams bonus so we can spend the 2nd round pick on a guard, which we need.

I understand why people love Dickerson, but I just don't see how he fits into this team. I'd rather Konz in the 7th than Dickerson in the 3rd, if people want to experiment with an athletic FB.
