Cooper is a good backup in this league. He lacks arm talent but he is more than serviceable.

We should arguably be 9-3 in his starts
And some say he sucks. He does a good job with a dumbed down offense....I wish they would open it up more the last few weeks. It would be good to see what he could do. I suspect his arm isn't strong enough for that, but at his age, I got's to know!

For some reason, people get bent out of shape when Rush is brought up.

No one is saying Rush is a better QB than Dak. What folks are saying is Rush cost us 2.5 million. Dak cost us 60 million.

Dak is being paid to be the reason we win games. If he’s not capable of doing that (which is plainly obvious) then that money could have been invested to beef up the defense.

You’re getting the same results with 2.5 million and 60 million which is unacceptable.

You guys are sick.
Actually not a lot of difference for the money. 3 wins this one using the Dak recipe get a lead, turnovers and play a dog of a team. Yes CR isn’t very good but what does it say about a starter who could only win 3 of 8 with better players.

Let's see ... Rush beat

The Commanders (who we usually beat)
The Giants (with Danny Devito at QB)
The Panther (who are in contention for the top pick of the draft)

But couldn't take advantage of a weak Bengals' defense.

Numbers and records don't always tell the story.

So a turnover by the QB deep in the opponents territory is guaranteed to give them 7 points? He committed turnover, defense gave up 80+ yard score. Let's keep it real.
I don’t mind throwing picks to make plays it’s these wierd and random fumbles he’s having. Guys rarely do that and for sure don’t do it twice in a game. He played well today. Anyone saying otherwise is lying to themselves. Well actually I’d say he has a great second half and probably the best of his season. But I can’t sit here and say he won today. Especially when Rico had 100 rushing yards and the defense had 6 sacks and 4 turnovers.
