The Cowboys defense pressured Deshaun Watson 25 times, including 6 sacks on 56 dropbacks

Watson was awful. Parsons was making it hard for him and Watson looked completely unprepared and uninterested. If I was a Browns fan I would be sad knowing that he was my QB.

Cowboy Doomers are the very best Doomers in the world. Win against the best defense in the NFL last year by 23, only allow one last minute garbage time TD, and they whine.

He should have had 2 more sacks but let Watson out of his grasp - which he never does!
It was clear at the end the Cowboy D was tired. Was Mazi Smith injured? I didn't see him on any play. Overshawn and Kendrick are two exceptional linebackers. On the one play, Overshawn outran two other Cowboys who were closer to bring down Watson. I thought Carson did a great job as a rookie. With Bland back, we will have a deep and talented secondary

That number makes the pressure rate look a lot less effective than it was because of how many 4th quarter dropbacks didn't generate pressure once the game was over.

We might miss Bland this week guys. We will be challenged more. Training wheels will need to come off for Carson this week.

Sigh. Look! We have a mountain of diamonds.

Look, I see a fleck of dung.

Yeah the reason Parsons has nothing left at the end of the year is that they don't take the opportunity to rest him like they had in the last 8-10 minutes of this game. This needs to stop. I love Parsons getting sacks but somebody needs to man up and sit his butt down at the end of games!

100% We can't afford any injuries, least of all to CeeDee, Dak, our Oline, or him.

so you're saying the narrative that our pass rush room was weak, thin, we would rue the day we let Armstrong and fowler walk and that it wasn't going to be good was busted for this game?

all that offseason talk about the DEs leaving , the FO not doing enough to improve the team? ironic huh fans complain all offseason about this historically bad offseason from the ownership and then, huh when you play games things look differently than they do on paper, hows that bargain bin FA pool look now? not bad as if Kendricks was some sort of accident because he chose us over SF but that FA signing was considered " such a FO cheap move" LMAO.. also happy to see the LBers together for the first time and Overshows ACL not an issue AT ALL is a plus and the fans who thought wasn't enough, how'd Devin white do? wait he missed the plane right lol

what else oh cooper and Jeudy would light up our rookie Carson and we needed Gilly badly..didnt look at the final stats but i didn't see them running all over our DBS..

game wasn't perfect, will need to improve each game but nice to know the overreactions al offseason once again was WRONG, SO far...

What?

I'm saying the pressure was much better than the 25/56 number indicates.
My mistake, sorry. I think even if there were no more, what the D did was pretty good. Always room for improvement.
Did Mazi even play?

Of course Parsons did, because he was gassed. He is out of shape and cant even play 4 quarters in the 1st game of the season.
Are you serious? Did you watch ANY games this weekend? Did you not see Cleveland players looking gassed also? First game of the season. Calm down.

I started posting a handful of absolutely PATHETIC, ridiculous, sarcastic posts yesterday after an absolutely dominant win to show how ridiculous this place has become. the fact many of you didnt know my posts were mocking... very mocking in nature, makes it clear that so many posters are so ridiculous.

Cool, but they were missing both starting tackles and their top 2 running backs.

Imagine us without Guyton and Steele today and only having Duece and Luepke to run the ball.

Dallas was dominant on defense, but there is context to consider.
They were missing the tackles most of least year and Chubb too & they were a tough team.

I think it had more to do with Watson who is looking shockingly bad. Cleveland continues to be cursed at QB.
