Let's get something straight, nothing and I mean nothing motivates this club! More times than not all we hear is how prepared they are and how focus they're going to be going into a game and then they lay an egg! So, I don't believe too much of the crap that comes out of the Dallas headquarters' office. This club is loaded with gutless, heartless players who are here to correct a check.
