And if we’d won more regular season games (cardinals), we’d have home field advantage where we’re undefeated against winning teams. Yeah this is a terrible year to say regular season doesn’t matter.
Cowboys are still alive for the 1. I'd love it, if that Longshot came in.

There were really only two games they lost that they got soundly beat. Had chances to win the others. Still, not feeling confident about going on the road in the playoffs to play good teams.

The Cowboys could eliminate that excuse if they just won in the playoffs . That's on them, not me.
I guess if a doctor told you you had cancer that means the doctor hates you? Your takes are dumber than a re-tarded billy goat with a traumatic brain injury.
Well then what does that make you hater? A hater.

It’s the first time in Cowboys history that this has happened, assuming the Seahawks do what they are favored to do and make the playoffs. And they went 3-2, which the statistically expected finish for even the best teams over such a stretch. They are 4-2 overall against likely playoff teams.

The reality is beating good teams in the NFL is HARD, and even most playoff teams finish at or below .500 against other playoff teams most years. This season, of the 14 most likely playoff teams, only 5 will likely finish above .500 against other playoff teams.
This pretty much blows away the whole entire premise the Cowboys aren't beating good teams... Those narratives were dumb in the first place I mean the Rams are now in contention for the playoffs as well and if you look at the Miami game it could have went either way I mean we played pretty good had a couple inches we could have used the back but yeah this whole Cowboys can't play against good teams it's ridiculous we can most of the time we have these strange things like last night happened whether it's at the end of the game controversy or the ghost tripping call that kept us from salting the game away or CD Lam fumbling through the back of the end zone so yeah I mean which Cowboys team will show up in the playoffs I hope it's a little bit of all of it and we get on a run/..

We have lost to 4 playoff teams. SF, PHI, BUF, MIA
and what's your point the fact is san Francisco's beating an awful lot of teams but that first Philadelphia game could have went either way we played better than them and lost over a few non calls and a few inches here or there like a toe out of bounds and the Miami game same thing I mean we took the lead with four minutes to go and the defense couldn't hold but don't act like we didn't play well that was a good game both those games were what it shows is the fact that we're four and two oh over the last two months playing a tough schedule and like I said those road games could have went either way I don't see what you're seeing I'm saying if this team can keep themselves from shooting themselves in the foot we could play with anyone having these weird things like fumbling through the back of the end zone or a ghost tripping call or some non calls in the Miami and Philadelphia games we win those games they were close hard fought games they played well and they barely lost..

I'm actually encouraged I just hope that the playoff games the calls can go our way for once... And you know what's odd they say the curse is lifted and all this other nonsense and this crazy game last night after the Ring of Honor festivities well maybe that's it at the end of that game maybe that's starting of the curse is being lifted is we have something go our way that's a controversy that doesn't kill us it actually finally helped us...

because its the ONLY games that matter.

17-0 means nothing in the playof

I never said I was upset, a W is a W and I will take it..............but lets not act like we are ready to roll into the playoffs when we almost lost our 3rd consecutive game.

Teams that make noise in the playoffs typically get on a roll in December, they dont limp into the playoffs barely beating anybody over .500
And no one is meeting your criteria. Every team in the NFC is limping in and beating each other up. Even the sacred 49er squad just got their heads handed to them 6 days ago. No one is rolling along.

So after someone says 2+2=4 you answer "see, point made"?

What's so pathetic about your constant attacks on the people you call haters, is the fact that even if the Cowboys do show up in post season doesn't change all those past embarrassing performances. So even then the "haters" would have been right, lol.

The only thing that does support your way of thinking are those people, who still can't give credit after some big wins. The win against the Eagles was legit and so was the one yesterday. And proof that we can win against contenders. Unfortunately we do have some people who still couldn't enjoy this one. But they aren't worse than your nonsense all the time.

Now in my books the Cowboys are 2-3 against teams that matter this year (SF, Eagles, Bills, Dolphins, Lions) with both wins at home. All of those 5 suffered some crushing losses against weaker teams though and so anyone can be beaten this season. That are the simple facts and we have to see how it all pans out in January.
So the Bills and Dolphins matter ? But beating NFC PLAYOFF TEAMS like LA and Seattle DON'T ? Wow dude, terrible, terrible take.

Both have been rather mediocre this season. The Rams couldn't beat any half competent teams, the Seahawks at least got the lions and Browns. They haven't looked like a contender overall though. The Cowboys have to beat better teams than that to win it all.

My point was he said 4-2. We are 4-4.
Now why don't you go spend that energy ripping your own team dragging them down and I want to see you take all 32 teams and show us their records against playoff caliber teams and all their records on the road on grass and all the other narratives around here that make zero sense here's the number one rule that most old football fans coaches and players used to go by you're supposed to win them all at home and then split the ones on the road that's how you get double digit wins and it gives you a shot at your division and usually a playoff berth that's pretty much what you would hope because you damn sure don't want to be losing games at home right you're going to lose games most years you're only going to have teams with 10-12 wins as the top teams..

So again none of this makes any sense unless you're gonna do real research and show us how all the other teams have fared in the same situations because you'll probably find out that that's we're at the league average or above playing a schedule in which we play that many playoff caliber teams and had that record it happens and like I said two of those games could have went either way.. Because really in my opinion we played well enough to beat Philadelphia and Miami that's why I'm not worried most teams have struggled with San Francisco N Buffalo well if you remember right there were ten players that had the flu there were five that were getting over it there were a lot of injuries we were on the road and the rain just came off A5 game win streak sometimes you have to really remember the stories and each game stands alone and I'm saying that we play a lot better than you think we have if you look at the rest of the league and how they did against their road games and against their playoff caliber teams...

So when we get into the playoffs I like our chances... This has been a brutal schedule with two times this year we played three games in 12 days we had a bunch of road games against good teams at the end of the year and here we sit controlling our own destiny isn't that what everyone was hoping at the beginning of the year 10-12 wins a shot at winning the division and getting a hopefully at least one playoff game at home...

No one saying the Dallas Cowboys is a juggernaut in it unbeatable and all that other stuff but I'm telling you that I think we have a good shot and that's all you need... If you think back to the 2 San Francisco losses in the playoffs they were by 6 points and seven points and you go back to the Rams loss that was eight points these are road games that we didn't play very well in but we were good enough to keep it 1 score we had a shot who knows this year it could go our way...

The only thing the haters have left is playoff wins. They’ll hold on to that until the bitter end.
Are you already making excuses for if we lose? Sounds like it.

You spend all your time worrying about other fans instead of worrying about your team winning or Dak performing well lol.

Have you EVER been harsh towards the Cowboys? All your posts seem to be about "haters".

Not that I consider myself a hater but when we're in the NFC Championship game I'll admit I'm wrong about how far this team could go. Hey we really should make it that far now we just need to beat Washington then win two home games where we've won 15 in a row.
