It depends on who is available. We don't want to get a guy like Christian Ponder because we need a QB. Or pass on a generational player for a lesser prospect

That said, I agree with the general idea. If this season flames out like we all expect, and we are in the top 5, you have to look at QB. Dak has entered his late Romo era. Injuries have robbed his abilities and they're happening more and more. This season is a wash since we have NO good prospects to develop, but we need to start the process of getting our next QB in 2023.
