How did you get this drunk at 10:30am?!?!?!
anything can happen, but we just had one of the worst and most tumultuous seasons of the past 30 years and still picked 12th.You’re delusional and a bit looney, we have more than a capable leader under center, and we’re definitely not going 1-16
The variable could be how bad other teams are, but I just don't see this team being as good as they were last season- and that was pretty bad.lee dont say this kind of stuff!!!!! you are getting me scared. i know you are a big fan and follow this team very closely. and now you have me worried. if you change your mind at all, please post here. it will help relax me, pal. thank you.
You took the words right out of my mouth. The amount of change will be too much, and certain problems remain.
Contrary to what I posted before, I don't think Joe Milton is the answer. I watched him at Tennessee, and was really surprised he made it to the NFL.
I had him mixed up with Hendon Hooker, who preceded him at UT. He may be better than I think, but at Tennessee he was not yet a fully skilled leader. Joshua Dobbs was the better of these three quarterbacks, but Hooker is very good, too.
And that's the problem with today's college game; the quarterbacks barely stay a year, and then they leap to the NFL draft.
Milton is very talented, but whether or not he is ready for the NFL remains to be seen.
But the Cowboys remain without a capable leader under center, and that doesn't bode well for any team- much less a team struggling to adapt to a new coach.
I think Schottenheimer may have great potential, but he is taking the reigns at a bad time.
Not to mention a defense that is also rebuilding under new leadership.
I think 1-16 is very possible for this squad. If they struggle early, I think the wheels come off early.

Chiefs, Chargers, Broncos, Lions, Vikings, Packers…the only things that keeps the Cowboys out of 4th place is the Giants play those six as well.Maybe so:
We get the Super Bowl champs twice, the NFC runner up champs twice, niot sure who else except for a 3rd place schedule.
Can you blame them?By the way, it appears that I have been banished to the overtime zone.
The Dak lovers don't want the truth published, so this is apparently where my posts will be unless they simply delete them, as they have done recently.
Yes.Can you blame them?
looks like you got a little timeout, leeBy the way, it appears that I have been banished to the overtime zone.

Lol lol rightThey will package the 4th round pick as a deal sweetener.
It wasn't my post, jeebusWhat a silly thread by a silly poster
They've been doing this crap for a while.looks like you got a little timeout, lee
You could be right lol. That’s optimistic IMO but I’m not gonna try to tell you how to feel about it.
That thought isnt as much about Dallas not being so good as the tough schedule, and the nature of Daks injury being a real concern.
The NFC East may only have one playoff rep as they beat up on each other and all have to face the NNorth and AWest. Oooof.
Ten wins may take the division this year.

So the Cowboys "owed" Dak $60mm/year? And now that you agree he can't carry the load, how do you make those 2 incongruent thoughts get along?Facts. I want everyone to get what they owed. Even you. Know your worth king.
